My Friends Motorola moto g6 plus review
1. Reviewed and reduced the stars after 6 months.
This phone is not big enough by the phone I changed (Moto Turbo Droid). As always, the speed of the new phone makes me amazed. There are some things that will make your life easier for you to activate it. You are a little technical expertise and have good reading, you should be fine.1a This phone works fine for a phone, especially for the price. Freeze some of my long-term apps for no obvious reason. The wedge is unstable and freeze or stops for no apparent reason. Loading on this phone is also very slow.
B Polarization on this screen conflicts with polarization on my prescription sunglasses. When I wear my glasses, I can only see my phone's screen when it changes vertically. This means that I can not rest in the flat section of the gauge cluster on the dash of my car. I had to buy a vent mounted bracket and learned to enjoy it.

Save all the photos and videos on the phone you are changing elsewhere, just like Amazon Cloud.
Consider taking old and new phones to activate your cellular retail store. I did not, and as a result, it took hours for the finished stuff.
If you use Android Auto after the market (I have Kenwood) Even with the app updates, Kenwood will not work on the screen. This means that there is no text, email, no navigation on your dash, but the blue tooth connection works for the call.
SIM card / SD card slot got jammed. It will not be released until I use and the paper clip does not open. There seemed a small gasket that was in the wrong place. When the paper clip was inserted and removed, it took the gasket back to the place, and we were able to extract the tray and move the SIM card. I think the whole problem was user error.
If you are going to add a micro SD card, keep it on hand, so you only have to open the tray once. SD cards and SIM cards go in the same tray.
I have Verizon. I used to chat to activate the phone. If I knew it was ok to take my SIM card from my old phone to a new phone, it would have saved me three hours of chat time before the time. But, once you do this, your old phone can be WiFi and Bluetooth, but this is it. I suggest you take what you want on a new phone somewhere else.
I lost my old text messages on old phones. I was using an app instead of Verizon's message. I do not know if this was the case I used to be using the stock text message. I still can access them online at Verizon.
IGNORE said Amazon in the car would be dangerous. You can set up your startup on this like any other phone. I've just moved the Amazon item to the second screen.
2. My requirements for a phone are very low.
In addition to the ongoing requirement for it to serve as an electronic strap (which is technically required by my wife), I need to primarily run Android Auto, which is my last, long-term teeth The budget is phone, Marshmallow was unable to operate with only 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of onboard storage. My new phone search criteria were straightforward: it was to be compatible with T-Mobile's network; Android Oreo had to run; There should be at least 3 GB of RAM / 32GB on board storage. As Android Auto might be a bit flaky, I thought it came with less bloatware, is better and I really do not want to spend more than $ 300 because I can not justify spending.
After a lot of research, MotorolaG6 became the best choice for me: Motorola phones are known to not install too much extra software, and there are some 'Moto' phones in this price bracket, review ratings were exceptional for G6. I was going to buy standard 3GB RAM / 32GB storage, but Amazon's exclusive 4GB RAM / 64GB storage sounded like a bargain, although I was a little wary of the fact that it came with some Amazon app.
I had a week's phone and I was not much happier:
• The phone looks very solid and deep Indigo is a good color.
• The speed of the operation is very fast - Android runs without any interval while switching between tasks
• The fingerprint reader (which was not necessary for me) is a pleasant surprise: it works very well and it has created very little trouble in waking up the phone and entering banking applications.
• "Moto" features Two times 'cut' to activate flashlight, twisting the camera twice to activate the camera is also quite useful.
• While the Amazon app bundled with this version cannot be uninstalled, it is for the user if they want to run/use them and they do not come in the way. I was a little worried that Alexa will interfere with Google Assistant, but it does not.
• The camera does not look anything special, but it was never a deal breaker for me.
• I did not say that this is not a gaming phone, because the processor is not a state of art, but it is just icing on the cake for me. It certainly seems more than enough to do what I need to do.
I think if you want to upgrade from lower and budget phones, then you can not go wrong with this phone: it is very bumpy for the buck, with some features that you did not know you needed And almost no one is not you
3. I like this phone very much
I switched it after having a Samsung Galaxy user for the last 5 years (Samsung again S7). This time I needed an Android phone with lots of storage space which would work without huge cost. All reviews point to Moto G6, and I'm glad I bought it! Like any new phone, buttons at different places are using some (switching back button and app button around the galaxy as compared to the galaxy), but this phone is really amazing.I stream a lot of movies and music on my phone, and the image quality of the screen is superb, as well as audio quality. Even with the addition of Bluetooth to my car, the volume capacity with my older Samsung is very high.
Friends have commented that when I call, my voice is very clear, and considering the low price tag, I was surprised at how fast the phone works - my old Samsung is getting old Along with that I will freeze constantly.
I like a lot of small things about it (like the app is being automatically alphabetically written, there is not a bunch of pre-installed apps that are running and using my battery). Battery life is also really good, it runs on a charge for 2 full days with moderate usage.
Apart from this, the camera 'budget' is much better than what I expected for the phone - so far the quality crystal clear, except for the interior lighting (which was the same fault with my galaxies)
If you are looking for a smartphone that can run with big names such as Pixel, iPhone, Galaxy, or Note, at less than half the cost, this is the phone for you! And obviously, if you go with less GB storage then it is even cheaper :)
